If the kids do get bored with the slide, climbing frame, swings, etc, never fear as there is a wide open space for them to run wild in peace.

It owns it's own pitch, changing rooms and all weather surface.

Wildlife

Slade Green is not overrun with Wildlife but that does not mean it does not exist.

geese1.jpg (38904 bytes)One of a residents likes to keep Geese and has done for many years. They live in the garden and drink from the pond and always seem happy. geese2.jpg (16138 bytes)

They are always a pleasure to look at while walking past and definitely worth a look, However No Feeding.
horse1.jpg (29746 bytes)Animal lovers may also be interested in the wild horses that roam the Thames Marches and often come to the fences next to the road. Only on one occasion have I ever heard that a horse got over the fence and then caused havoc on the main road.
